Antares 8 OB Ready to Sail

Agile, powerful and comfortably habitable, the Antares 8 has character. Pleasure boat par excellence, it lends itself wonderfully to the first cruises of a few days in total safety.

The new tulip-shaped hull of the Antares 8 ensures beautiful driving sensations while maintaining excellent marine behavior. The V-shaped profile of the cockpit cover emphasizes the slender and dynamic lines and reveals the aesthetic intent of the boat. Its functional deck plan offers, for example, three ways of using the cockpit seating.

Interior design

Exceptional for a boat of this size, the habitability of the Antares 8 clearly differentiates it in its category. Accessible through a large sliding glass door, the helm station offers a well-equipped and modular living space on board. Under the helm station, towards the bow of the boat, we find a real cabin with rooms and an adjoining bathroom to allow you to live a few days on board. The Walnut tone of the woods spreads an extremely contemporary note on the boat.

An air of grown-up

Conceived to offer an extremely pleasant life on board, the exterior and interior fittings of the Antares 8 give the coastal cruise an air of great travel.
Surrounded by windows, the wheelhouse enjoys a 360 ° sea view. the sliding panel (option) on the roof brings natural light inside, significantly increasing the sensation of volume.

Driver's seat

Functionally swiveling, the large sofa on the port side of the helm station offers passengers multiple positions: facing the sea or facing the cockpit table. In night mode, it lowers and converts into an extra-large double berth.

Power

Equipped with a Suzuki engine, the Antares 8 benefits from a power that can reach up to 250CV.
The tests in our possession were carried out in a "slightly rough" sea and show a maximum speed of 31 knots with a consumption of 61 Lt / h and a cruising speed just under 22 knots with a consumption of 39 Lt / h.

A real cabin

Positioned towards the bow of the boat, the cabin benefits from a real bed and a separate bathroom with toilet. The coat hangers and the numerous compartments are designed in a functional way.
To facilitate maneuvers, the Antares 8OB can be fitted with a bow thruster (optional). Ideal for discovering the pleasures of a short cruise. The Antarès 8 OB perfectly represents the values of the Antares range in terms of accessibility, innovation and performance.
